Power Sector Decarbonisation with Green Hydrogen
The shift towards decarbonisation is one of the most pressing challenges of our time, and the power sector plays a critical role in achieving this goal. The use of green hydrogen, produced from renewable sources, is emerging as a promising solution for decarbonising power generation, as it enables the integration of intermittent renewable energy sources into the grid, facilitates energy storage, and supports the decarbonisation of hard-to-abate sectors such as industry and transport.

In this webinar, we will explore the opportunities and challenges of power sector decarbonisation with green hydrogen and showcase examples of successful projects and initiatives. In particular, the panel will look at emerging and frontier technology that will enable the wider deployment and reap the benefits of green hydrogen.  Our panel of experts will discuss the technical, economic, and policy aspects of green hydrogen deployment, and share insights on how to overcome the barriers to its adoption. It is targeted at professionals and stakeholders in the energy sector, including policymakers, regulators, utilities, developers, investors, and researchers, who are interested in learning more about the opportunities and challenges of power sector decarbonisation with green hydrogen.
